The Training Given To Boxers in Thane Boxing Association Comprise of:
Basic Punches
JAB, HOOK, STRAIGHT RIGHT HAND, AND UPPERCUT.
A Wrap Up of Punching

Outside the scope of Punching:
BREATHING, CIRCLING YOUR OPPONENT and STRETCHING EXERCISE.
Thane Boxing Club Association holds its training sessions for trainee boxers from Monday to Friday with some relaxing on the weekend. The only thing that the boxers require to do every weekend is to continue their push-ups, jogging, and sit-ups.
On weekdays, boxers train themselves in the gym for about two hours. Everyday training session of the association includes exercises, skipping rope, punching the heavy bags, stretching, and friendly fights with other boxers of the association.
The coaches of Thane Boxing Club Association have distinctive and friendly methods to train the boxers. All the punches and footwork are monitored recurrently in an attempt to perfect them. “Repetition is the Key to become a good boxer” is baseline for training at Thane Boxing Club Association.
